We are seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant Spa Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales experience, excellent customer service skills, and proven leadership ability who thrives in a fast-paced spa environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily spa operations and assist in managing staff
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure an outstanding guest experience
- Drive retail and service sales while supporting team performance
- Assist with staff coaching, scheduling, and leadership support
- Maintain a professional, positive, and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience required
- Strong customer service background
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
- Reliable, dependable, and professional
- Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment
- Spa or wellness industry experience is a plus
